FILE ID: DECAF-1215-S CLASS: Semi-Dangerous STATUS: Active / Uncontained LAST UPDATED:
CLASSIFICATION: RESTRICTED — AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY

Overview

SMG1215, often shortened to 1215, is a semi-dangerous entity that takes the form of a recolor of the Mario model from the video game Super Mario 64. SMG1215 alone is not considered acutely dangerous, however threat level is subject to change depending on subject's mood and current mutation state.

Known Mutations

1215 has been documented to mutate into new, significantly more powerful entities. Currently catalogued mutations are as follows:

Designation Origin Notes Threat Level
Guilt (1215 Variant) Variant of entity "Guilt." Guilt stems from currently wanted entity SMG200. Can be triggered via hat removal. See containment notes. HIGH
Love Internal mutation, origin unclear. Requires treatment. If untreated, will mutate further into an unnamed form. Studied only briefly. ELEVATED
[UNNAMED] Terminal mutation of Love. Insufficient data. Study ongoing. UNKNOWN

Containment Notes — Hat Removal Protocol

Guilt (1215 Variant) can be summoned more rapidly by removing 1215's hat. It is highly advised that this be conducted with extreme caution, as failure to do so may result in ■■■■■■■■■■■■■ ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■.

Incident Report — First Documented Hat Removal Discovery

This method was first discovered during an interview between a civilian patient and a field agent. The patient had encountered 1215 without prior knowledge of the entity.

During the interview, the patient produced a photograph and placed it on the desk. The image was very grainy and visually distorted, but was determined to be the only known record of 1215 without his hat on.

The patient, named ■■■■■■■ ■■■■■■■, claimed the entity communicated directly with them, stating that it was lost, and that ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■.
